Okay, now I'm not really one of those people that goes on breaks to lower my tolerance, because I'll usually smoke whenever the opportunity presents itself, but as it stands now, I don't have any bud, & I probably won't have any for the next couple of days.

The last time I smoked was Friday, & the next time I'll probably smoke will be towards the end of this week.

I've developed a theory that the more you go to the bathroom, the lower your tolerance becomes. People may think this sounds a little insane/stupid, but in actuality, it's true, because your body releases toxins everytime you pee. I'm also aware that any type of exercise can be beneficial considering it helps to sweat out the THC.

Now, if I wanted to really have a good high later on this week, & lower my tolerance as much as I possibly can, how much can I do to ensure that without overdoing it?

Thanks in advance for any helpful answers my fellow potheads. :sunny:

the theory is true, you build a Tolerance Because 11-COOH-THC, More water you drink more urine, and more urine less 11-COOH-THC, you use the same method to by pass drug tests! BUT BE CAREFUL you can intoxicate yourself from drinking to much water.

Your logic is flawed, and 2nd post completely wrong for the fact THC isn't water soluble. End of story.

Fat soluble yo! All water will ever do is dilute your urine.

Best way to lower tolerance is to not smoke.

In fact not smoking is basically the only way. But if you only smoke once a week to begin with your tolerance essentially remains at almost nothing.

drink peroxide , adds oxygen to the blood.. I drink peroxide every few days, One time I did it. was like I was drunk not sure it kicks in the cannabis or not.. but cannabis needs oxygen to work.. in fact your body needs oxygen to function properly.. do the math.. :)

No, my logic isn't flawed, because I'm very knowledgeable when it comes to biology & marijuana, & the fact of the matter is that toxins exit your body when you use the bathroom, that's a fact, point blank. Obviously I don't believe I can remove all traces of THC from my body by going to the bathroom all day, but it does help. Not to mention I've already tested this theory. Back around the holidays I didn't smoke for about a week or two, & during that period I upped my water intake. By the time I did smoke, it felt as if I hadn't done so for months.

But the reason I proposed this question is because my tolerance has gotten a bit higher since then, & I was looking for other ways to lower it. Apparently not smoking is already in motion, considering I stated in my initial post that I won't have any bud of any kind until possibly the end of the week.

One thing I'd like to add to the argument is the fact that it is well known THC is the active ingrediant in cannabis that makes us high. But there are also ingrediants that burn at different tempratures that make us high, that we are unaware of.

Maybe it has something to do with the fact you don't smoke often and 2 weeks even for a heavy smoker would greatly reduce tolerance.

No, it doesn't. All drinking a bunch of water does is raise your metabolism slightly. On top of it, the residual amounts of drugs and their metabolites in your bodily cells play a negligible if any role in drug tolerance.

Yeah, but the longest I usually end up going in between smoking is about a week & a half. In my experience, whenever I apply this method during the period of time that I don't smoke, I usually feel a lot more high than if I don't.
