I plan to grow my mushies in my closet, and was thinking of using a plastic blue tub to grow them in for concealment. would this work? im thinking of sterilizing the the tub first (correct me if im wrong). thanks in advance.
You're going to need a lot more than one blue tub to grow shrooms. Any specific questions feel free to pm me.
im going to put 9 PF TEK cakes in a 20in. x 16in. tub. that'll fit right? and im getting the jars online pre sterilized, going to inoculate them with some spores and hope everything goes well from there. anything else i need?
Ok, sorry for assuming you weren't properly learned on the subject, your post was vague and most people don't know what they are doing. I would suggest you make yourself a casing or two. But on a first grow maybe cakes is the smart way to go. You need a way to keep your jars at 86 deg. I personally use my water bed and set that to 86 deg, so be creative with that one. Other than that you seem to know whats up, you using perlite humidification in your tub?
