question about bubblers

I just got a new one and wanted to know if the water takes away some of the THC from the smoke?

 

Technically it does. But you don't notice it at all.

 

so its such a small amount that its unoticable and doesnt matter?

damnit im gonna have ocd about it now and be like "damnit im not getting all of the THC" lol >.<

 

is THC water solluable? i know it's alcohol solluable. even if it is, you're going to get really stoned either way, because you'll be able to take BIG hits. also remember the water filters tar, so its easier on the lungs too (if your getting ocdish)

 

thc is not water soluble, but yes technically you will lose a bit of thc.
not enough to fuss about, but yes there is a finite amount.
reason being, thc is not water soluble in its' raw form. however, once it's been heated, and the thc and cannabinoids become active, then yes it's a bit easier to get it to transfer to other mediums.
all in all, nothing to worry about. i think it's a fair trade for also reducing carcinogens.

THC isn't water soluble so if it catches any of it, it's not enough to make a difference. It takes more of the other cannabinoids away than it does the THC.

 

so NONE of the THC gets taken away

Don't be worried about it, if you are then se a grinder and scraape the shit out of it and smoke it in a pipe or something. That'll get you high with one toke.

a grinder, like a coffee grinder or a blender would work.

you'll see a bunch of stuff in there (i dont know how to describe except it doesnt look like a grinder)

and if you smoke it you get really high.
