my phone company did NOT release info on all their customers like AT&T,Verizon and Bell South.Evidently the lawyers for Quest asked the Attorney General of the US if he would certify that giving this info was legal without warrents or subpoenas.He refused!I heard this on the radio so I can't be real accurate on what I heard,but the giving of this info violates a law (or laws)that could cost each company 1000 dollars PER CUSTOMER if someone(lawyers) follow thru on this.Now 1000 per customer times 200 million customers--WOW.More will probably be on the news in coming days.There's already a guy and his lawyer sueing one of these companies for a billion bucks and they intend to make it a class action.These repubs don't give a SHIT about the law or the constitution.
Never has there been an admin with such a total disregard of the U.S. Constitution and the law. Even more dismaying, I read a comment at another discussion site where someone stated that they didn't mind at all living in a police state ala 1984.
