My boo and I are planning a trip out there for Queen's day as well. We'll be arriving the 27th and departing the 5th of May. We both live in Jersey, I'm a Costa Rican/American and he's a Greek mixer... it's a first time in Amsty for both of us so... I agree Ictricity! The largest street party around!! were already meeting yogibear at the de kuil at 4:00pm, so far so good. Also in A-dam from april 27th to May 4th can't wait!!

Hey Jon, Uncle Sam put me up for 3 years and I liked europe so much I went back as a civilian for 4 more years. Amsterdam and Munich are my favorite cities over there. I got the icon when I filled out my profile with hip forum and they had a option for a bunch of icons to choose from. Never been to a queens day and I've heard so much about it, seems out of hand in such a great way!! Later

Alright mikeymike. What time are we gettin' together on Queensday? You get in at 8:30am and it'll take you most of the morning to get settled in your hotel, so what do you have planned for the evening? All of us HIP Forum alumni are gonna have to at least take a half an hour out of our collective days and get ripped together somewhere.
hey intricity, you'll need most of the morning recovering from our friday night meet and festivities lol that's if you make it to bed at all that night lol take it light and do it right.....hmmm haven't used that saying since the early 80's lol
Sleep? We don't need no stinking sleep?!! I hate to waste valueable time sleeping while I'm in The Dam but I guess you got to do it sometimes. Look forward to the party at De Kuil on the 29th! We'll have to start thinking of a route for some other spots to hit as the night wears on. Less than 6 weeks now.
I plan to drop my bags at the hotel, take a quick shower and head out. Not going to miss out on Queens day. Let me know how easy it is to get tram passes. I want to head further out and hit some of the coffeshops I missed last time.
