Ok, so I'm going to be in Amsterdam on a layover from Africa, but only for like 8 hours. so I want to know what you guys would do if you only had 8 hours in the city (and I'm definitely into pot, as i assume most of this forum is). Also, I want to know if anyone has anything to say about mailing pot back to the US. I've heard that it's easy from the UK but they screen for it more carefully in Holland... anyone know if that's true? Can I get busted for mailing myself some ganj?
Take the train to Centraal station and also buy a round trip since you are coming and goin inthe same day it scheaper than two one way but only good for one day. First hit up the shops there are so many u will find one you like, the closets is coffeshop centraal whcih is about 2 blocks fromthe sattion, but don't wander too far into the outskirts lest you have a long walk back to the station later!! You could always check outthe RLD, not sure what time of day this will be but its always open as they say. Also there are a lot of great museums that you could spend a few hours in if you enjoy art and the like. You could try to send some back to yourself, coming from holland the US will check it more often than from other places, the Dutch do their own checking as well. If the dutch find it you never get the package. If the us finds it they remove the goods and send the empty package with a ntoe saying bad bad boy, but that about it. Now if you keep doing this then you will eventually get in trouble, but hell i could just mail you pot out of th eblue so its not like they can bust you for just getting it in the mail. Obviously don't over do it in your package, but its a risk none the less. Have fun and enjoy!!
what kind of dumb fucking advice is that??? Mailing any controlled substance in the U.S. mail is considered a federal crime, for which you can be convicted of a felony. Don't send controlled substances through the mail, you're only asking for trouble.
Anyone can send you ANYTHING in the mail. What you get in the mail is not under your control and will not hurt you, so long as you put "Return to sender" on the box and leave it for a day or two max. If anyone detected anything in that box, they're not coming to look for you, they will remove it as the first post said with a note stating they found contraband and removed it. Even if they DO come to your home with a search warrant in hand (HIGHLY unlikely unless you sent yourself several pounds) the box WON'T be opened, therefore, you didn't know what was in it claiming you "were afraid to open it since you didn't know who it came from and you can't be too careful anymore, so you were taking it to the post office to return it since you didn't know who it came from or what was in it." They can't do SHIT to you, even if there WERE pounds in it. Just make sure you don't have any stuff there at all, including a pipe or bong. Send it to someone who doesn't smoke it if you're concerned about that. Use a different handwriting and change your last name by a letter or two. I know the law as I've worked for a judge and it's called "reasonable doubt". Believe me they don't have the manpower to check out every small amount of pot coming in the mail and they don't really care, either. They're looking for much worse than a little pot these days. In Topeka, Kansas it's against the law to serve wine in teacups. In Carmel, NY a man cannot be seen in public while wearing a jacket and pants that don't match. In Zion, IL. it's illegal to give a dog, cat or any other domesticated animal a lighted cigar (guess the cows can smoke away lol) In L.A., CA. it's illegal to bathe two babies in the same tub at the same time. In Oklahoma it's illegal to have sex before you're married and oral sex is a misdemeanor punishable by one year in jail and a 2,500. fine (I can see I'd never be able to live in Oklahoma lololol) these are laws that are still on our books, people, and CAN be enforced if they wanted to. I'm sure we ALL abide by these laws, including you Let's face it, if you belong to this forum I seriously doubt you abide by all our "laws".
