Ok... i just discovered something like 30 min ago, cannot believe nobody has told me about this before or even thought of it. Just find that really crazy. But i was laying in the sun i was like i wanna do some pushups, then i was like hmm im laying on a slope right now, then i thought oh yeahh what if i put my head facing downhill, then it will put more gravity and be harderr ! sweet , i tried it, and it works even better than i thought it would. Its like twice as hard and you feel the burn right away... I think im just gonna do my pushups this way for now on yaaa :2thumbsup: Give it a try it works best on a 40 degree downhill
Changing the angle of your body, changing the distance between your hands, changing the direction of your hands, and using one or 2 hands or feet will change the muscles that you are using. Well they are all used-but you will be directing the work to different muscles in different poses. Same thing with pull ups and sit-ups.
I used to do push-ups with my dick until I hurt myself real bad. I came really hard and ended up propelling myself thru the ceiling-I'm a big cummer.
yeah it will be different muscles of course, im just saying this way is to be most effective it seems like most effective way i have found at least personally.

they are called incline press ups and you do them by usually placing your feet on an exercise bench. been done before, but i agree they are good.
Thanks to my smart ass mouth I did every pushup imaginable in the army. Hell I've probably forgot more about pushups than you'll ever learn.
If you got balance.... learn to walk on your hands. The ones who can do it are always strong as hell in their shoulders.
hahaha orison just chill back and shit yeah tns i remember learning the diamond pushups those are effective i guess i just more used to the regular way idk feels more natural i spose. yeah i do pull ups on my door like every day i think thats what really boosts my muscle i agree orison. Broony no way in hell lol hand stands are just something i could NEVER pull off . I remember when i was little i hand stood with my head on the ground supporting me too, thats about as far as i went with that then i was like yeah thats something im not gonna learn ever lol.
Yeah, and they work the fuck out of you triceps. lol When I was in basic training, we had to do hella pushups in the barracks. One night, we had to do 20 regular pushups, 20 wide pushups, and 20 diamond pushups. Then we had to do 19 of each, then 18 of each, and so on, until we got down to 5 of each. There were so many people in the barracks doing all those pushups and we were all sweating so bad that ALL of the windows(about 20-25 windows) were fogged up, and it was a room big enough to hold 40+ bunkbeds. It was some hardcore shit.
I can walk on my hands and I have next to no muscle mass.. maybe if I started doing it all day every day or something
