Does anyone know about purchasing these medications without a prescription in Tijuana. I've heard a lot of people say you can, but havent been able to get reliable, detailed information on how to go about doing it (where, cost, need for prescription, etc) and how far into Mexico you need to go to find a pharmacy carrying these drugs. I live in Los Angeles and would just be driving in for the day, so I also want to know if they hassle you at the border, or if my US passport would just work. Specific information from people who have done this before would be greatly appreciated!
my brother went on a cruise to cazamel mexico or however u spell it and he said when they drove around they found a pharmacy that sold xanax and valium in 100 packs...
ive also heard this before but am not sure how true it is. i know there is no drinking age and am unsure of the legality of other drugs but i think its quite possible being most of mexico is practically third world but if u find out personally please post as im curious about this as well
but is it true or just a myth, if its true which cities have i to go to and what specific pharmacies if aneone knows. ive been thinkin about a vacation lately and mexico sounds lovely
asking for sources (especially physical locations) is very very against the rules here. take it to pms or hushmail
I still find it hard to believe one can just buy Ketamine at a vet OTC in Mexico. http://phoenix.about.com/cs/health/a/mexicodrugs.htm Check that out as well.
nice post, very interesting! i always wondered why those mexican pies would work ""ok" somtimes and then other batches would be like 'sub-standarad' and not as strong as a bar should be and then sometimes they seem like they dont do SHIT...who knows
i remember going to tijuana and walking down revolucion and there were huge signs that said like "GET KETAMINE HERE!!!" hahahaha. tijuana is crazy. i didn't look into it though because i was with my grandma. hahahaha.
i just went on a cruise to ensenata and cabo san lucas. there was a pharmacy the minute we stepped of the boat. Someone i was with tried to buy addderall and ended up getting trazadone...I tried getting vicodin and ended up with a bunch of unmarked pills that didnt do shit. And yes they all came in 100 packs, dont fall for the scam
There are a lot of pharmacies just over the border on (calle) revolucion. You have to specificly ask for viccodin and they will get it from the back. Adderal is sold OTC. A passport is not required to enter Mexico. However, in 2008 you will need your passport to get across the border. ...I have about 100 adderall pills from work. There was a chest of forgotten pills in my office from camp in 2006. I have adderal and lithium and concerta, ritalin and risperdal...too bad I don't really like those drugs. I don't know what to do with them. Those kids no longer attend our programs.
It's true. I just moved from San Diego and had quite the drug habit last year. Once my doctor caught on I started going to TJ to get xanax.
whatever people say i think those xanax pies from mexico and other countries just aren't as good as the xanax bars that are made in the United States...the US has the best pharmaceuticals in the world...We got OC/80's, Fentanyl Patches, Fent. Lollipops, Dilaudid, and the ever so weak hydrocodone.and when ur withdrawing from the ever so strong full opiates like oxy's we got Suboxone (aka buprenorphine) to come down and off. Fuck mexico we got pharmacys all over the place...
There are literally thousands of Americans who live in Tijuana and Rosarito Beach (RB is right down the road from TJ). Don't believe anyone who paints TJ with a broad brush. Sure there are bad pharmacies in TJ but they have some very good pharmacies. In Zona Rio you'll find one of TJ's finest shopping centers and I know they have a couple of good quality pharmacies there. Some are open 24 hours. Or go to Hospital Angeles, they have a farmacia. HA is only a few years old built not long ago, it's a modern hospital and cost millions to build. Check out HA's website I saw it online a few years ago. Unfortunately I'm fairly certain they don't sell legit Adderall in TJ. Whatever you buy it's best to get a prescription from a TJ doctor as that will cover you in the event the policia decides to hassle you. Any American who doesn't have a script is someone I'd label an fool. No worry, there's usually no wait to see a doctor like pharmacies they're all over the place down there.
Just a quick post, as many have said, yeah some places in Mexico do sell pharms that are scheduled in the US and other countries, but a lot of the time nowadays, some pharmacies as playing the many US and other tourists by selling them fake pills, or low potency shit. So be careful and do some background research because you CAN get real shit like xanax, valium, adderal, codeine, etc OTC but you have to know where to go.

In TJ it'd be wise for the drug-shopping patient who has a little time to spare to buy one pill for five bucks then drop back, take pictures, go have a soda and play tourist for 5-10 minutes to verify the potency and only then when you feel it working go back and fulfill the transaction. If the farmacia refuses to sell you one single solitary pill turn around pronto and walk out the door you're the one with the money and they're desperate for your tourist dollar - no worries his competitor next door will sell you one. Again I don't think they sell Adderall in TJ but note that my info is a couple of years old so who knows what's cookin' down there in 2010. BTW I think someone mentioned 'Gusher' pharmacy. They're MX's version of Walgreen's, kinda. Two years ago they were situated in Plaza Rio. Also, some of things that people here are saying about the veracity of their drugs can also be applied to anabolic steroids. You bet they sell bogus AS but they also sell totally legit stuff that's just how it is down there with all of their drugs. One other tip: if you want a better chance of obtaining quality UTC drugs veer away from Revolucion Avenue and head west to the beach a.k.a. La Playas. Playas is also a nice place to relax and get away. It has a mini-boardwalk.
