    Psychedelia

Swirls of rainbow clouds take you to the mystical land.
A land of green fields and mushrooms houses.
A Light dark sky over white sand.
Silent fireworks illuminate the cotton skies.

Lazy fog drifts over morning dew.
Dappled trees stand from the mist
    Dreary Forest’s distorted hue.
Gave way to paths that twist.

    Giant petals over flowing streams.
A majestic land with tiny yurts.
And in yurts live gnomes so it seems.
Gnomes with auburn hair and button shirts.

    Gnomes live simple lives.
Digging holes and frolicking in the woods.
Gentle breeze blowing through the wind chimes.
They march in their tunics and purple hoods.

All the way over the cookie dough hills.
Looms an elegant castle next to a green meadow.
That has pink waterfalls and candy mills.
Stone walls covered in light snow.

Cool autumn air and bright red leaves.
    Quiet faint day.
    Melted mallows and distorted trees,
    Once upon a sunny May.

The haven from the obscured mind.
    Traces of reality fade.
    Open and no longer blind.
    Free the mind is made.

mushroom houses, ah, good memories of smurfs ;)

Seriously though, it's so beautiful, these images.

(some of your rhymes sound forced (a pet peeve of mine for rhyme poems), but it didn't bother me too much this time, for some reason)
