What is your favorite protein shake recipe? I am getting bored of my usual (chocolate whey protein powder, banana, ice & almond butter).

Yup. Nothing wrong with jazzing it up. I'm just too lazy to do it and normally on my way out the door.

I've been making protein shakes with Whey Vanilla Protein Powder, Canned Pumpkin, and Pear. Such a nice change from my usual Chocolate, bananna and Almond butter drink.

Whey is cheap, not powder though, but that yellowish liquid you can get at farmers market from people who sell cheese and eggs.
How good/bad is that compared to powder, because it costs almost nothing?

I'm not sure?!?!?! I think the stuff you are referring to doesn't actually have any protein in it. Your muscles need the protein.
The protein powder I buy is not cheap. It costs $29.00 for a 2 pound container.

I think it does, but maybe significally less than the powder?

Anyways, $29 is so not an option for me lol.
How long does a 2 pound container last?
