So I've tried this about 4 or 5 times now and still have yet to really get anywhere. I've followed many instructions but can't seem to get it right.
I am not entirely sure how to find the prostate (I have followed directions and can't identify it) but I did find something that is very sensitive to touch, but I'm not sure if it's the prostate because it doesn't fit the description very well. It's soft, round, and a bit large and I have to go about up to my second knuckle to reach it. When I contract my PC muscles it moves back and becomes less accessible which doesn't seem like something it would do by what others have said about it.
Aside from that, when I have tried to stimulate it I never get anything more than a strong urge to urinate before I have to stop because of a mess. The urge to urinate comes in pulses, the strength of the pulse slightly growing over time but then it kind of levels off and it's just the same thing for the rest of the session until I give up or need to stop. The whole thing feels good but I never actually feel like it's getting somewhere. I usually use my finger and then sometimes switch to a well shaped household object. So I have kind of given up on this but if there is a solution available I will keep trying. I don't want to buy any toys, I just want to know how to correct whatever I might be doing wrong. As for positions, sometimes I lay on my back, sometimes I go on my hands and knees, and sometimes I lay on my side.

Buy an Aneros massager. It will locate it for you.

Okay I am a bit weirded out by the last post... but I have something to add.
I tried it again a couple nights ago, using a household object that is a good size as I said in the first post, but this time I actually got further. I stood up, legs spread slightly, and just lightly moved it back and forth. Not enough for it to slide around inside but enough to rub the prostate. It felt really good for a while but I ended up having to stop before actually reaching anything because of a mess as I said in the first post. I now know how to stimulate the prostate, but it's practically a gamble as to whether or not I am going to be able to continue.
If anyone has practice in this regard and knows the best or at least a better way to do this it'd be great if you let me know.

Never tried it. Not really overly keen on the idea of inserting fingers or toys up my backside.

My two cents... Buy a decent vibrating prostate massager (Ali Express has them cheap). My mistake early on was that I was impatient and applied too much pressure and movement against the prostate, resulting in swelling and soreness. FIRST, clean out your rectum. I do this by using 16 oz bottled water (warm water is better). Wash the exterior of the bottle and your hands with soapy water. Simply lube up your hole and the bottle opening. Kneel and lean forward with your head on the ground, ass up. Insert the bottle and SLOWLY squeeze the water into your rectum. Wait in position until you feel the need to release into the toilet. If your full of poop, you may have to do 2 or more rounds.

Next, use LOTS OF LUBE. I use a combo of A&D ointment and a silicone lube. I pack my rectum with the ointment, rub some ointment and lube on the toy. My favorite position is on my side with my penis and balls pulled back and between my legs, w/ legs curled up a bit. This puts the prostate in position. The trick is to insert the vibrating toy (low to med) so that the tip extends just past the prostate. This will keep the device from twisting away from the prostate, but if it does, just reposition. Next, be patient, watch some porn and enjoy the subtle sensations. This won't feel like much at first, but after 30 mins or so, your prostate will start to gently spasm, giving you waves of pleasure. DO NOT manually move the toy during this time. Leave it be.

Now's the time to turn up the vibration a bit and then SLOWLY and GENTLY rub the tip against your prostate (I usually add more lube in me and onto the toy at this point). The gland will start to swell, convulse and spasm. Resist the urge to contract your ab and perineum muscles, b/c this will constrict the ducts and delay milking. But don't over think it, relax, breathe. You will eventually feel the urge to release, like peeing. Let it go, breathe, with gentle vibrating massage. You will feel the cum milk flow out of your gland, into your penis and onto your leg. Relax and enjoy!

There's an old saying, "The right tool for the right job." This is no exception. Manual stimulation using a finger is something you cannot adequately do yourself, you'll either need someone else's help, or get a tool (toy) specifically designed for the purpose. Check out aneros.com. These guys have put a lot of research and effort into their designs. Yeah, the cost a bit, but they do work quite well. Read their forum too. Then, if you really must cheap out, study their shapes and see how close you can come form another supplier.

But pay attention to the design. It's shaped that way for several reasons. One is, you get your stimulation from flexing your own muscles as well as random involuntary muscle movement. Can't get any of that without the shape. Then, you'll see the prongs that function as a handle, they apply pressure in one or two areas that act as an amplifier to the p-stimulation. Lastly, this has to be hands-free. You have to relax and let it happen, participate, but also go along for the ride. The forum calls this being "rewired", and it takes time, practice and is very much a head game at first. If you have to handle a device, move it, etc., you can't experience any of this because your attention is focused on trying to get the stimulation right, which is not possible anyway.

Just buy the tool, use it, practice, read the forum and instructions, and just let go. When you get your first P-orgasm, you'll know it. When you have half a dozen in a row, then finish with a combined P-gasm and regular orgasm, you'll think your body is lifting off the bed and will explode in mid-air. Might just be worth the $50 to get the tool and give it a spin.

Could this procedure cause or even prevent prostate cancer.
