Has anyone tried this? I doubt it. I dunno if there are any reports out there, but I have read somewhere that this works very nicely, and another member on the forum is going to do it, and sparked my interest. So tomorrow Im gonna go get 114 grams of Syrian Rue and some HBWR seeds from a friend, and I was going to take the rue in combination with an oral dose of DPT. I was actually going to do a nasal dose tonight, but I figured it would be better to wait and try to the oral+MAOI dose tomorrow. What dose of DPT should I use? Do I need to do alot more than a nasal dose? Do you think 300mg would be enough for an intense experiene? Close to a nasal dose of 200 or 300? Thank you everybody, I love you!
I've heard about it, and I think it would be better than snorting a couple hundred miligrams. lol Plus, the experience would probably carry a longer duration.
Yeah Im really excited for it. Ill probably smoke when Im coming down too, and I have no tolerance to THC so that will be a whole other trip.
give the maoi at least 30 min for it to absorb. any longer than an hour is unneccesary I love maois, they make everything so cost efficient
how much DPT do you think will be neccesary? I am dying to try DPT orally. The nasal route really is getting annoying with the stuffed up nose. I dont notice it whilst tripping but i do the next few days.
Im thinking around 300mg MAYBE more, and about 4 grams of Syrian Rue. Im getting the stuff today, so I might be able to swing by your house or something.
with something so pure and an MAO inhibitor, i'd be VERY careful on dosing, and would definitely err on the side of caution. 300mg insufflated would be an heroic dose. the oral dosages of DPT HCl are much higher than insufflated or injected doses beccause the MAO breaks it down, although the MAO doesn't break it down to the point that it is wholly inactive, as it does to DMT. i would personally take a small dose of an MAO inhibitor with a normal dose for insufflation of DPT HCl, and see what that does, and then go from there. 300 strikes me as dangerously large, but then i dont know what types of doses you're used to with psychedelics

I think its a waste of money and chemical to take it orally without an MAOI. Just snort it, it doesnt damage your nasal cavity, it just makes it stuffy. I think it like, stimulates mucus cavities, because when I do it, my mouth gets very watery, and my eyes tear.
it's not really THAT expensive though..and what do you care if i waste my money? i'm tellin you man, my nose is fucked up to begin with. so if i could trip without feeling like i have a sinus infection the next couple of days, i think it'd be worth it to use more. my left nostril is perpetually blocked. i get about 1/3 airflow through it. like if i close my left one and inhale, i get a good breath. if i close my right one though, i can barely suck air into the left nostril. PRONE, when you take something like 2ce, do you eat or snort it?
i've seen reports of oral doses being around 250mg for a rather light trip. its usually considered very ineffective, but if you take enough it will work. if you don't have a prejudice against the practice, you might consider taking it in an enema or as a kind of suppository. the effects will be just as strong as insufflation, but far less irritating. save yourself the extreme discomfort of insufflation and save on the milligrams, as well
i'm not saying its impossible to like it, just that it is a very, very strong dose for most people. personally i couldn't even get that much of it into my nose
i read that there were reports on bluelight of rectal admin. being ineffective too, which doesn't really make sense...but drugs don't always follow logic
