Hello, I'm proud to say that I don't do sports, didn't kick a ball or something like that since 1980 or so. Today, for whatever reason, I decided to try some press-ups. Did twelve of them just a few minutes ago. Now, can someone please call the ambulance? Oh, and I would be really thankful if some kind soul could get me up from the floor and put me on the couch, so that I can peacefully pass away. Thank you. Regards Gyro

My mistake, then I found out you were just being a baby. Not looking for anything thing else but the content of the thread in conjunction to what I thought press ups meant. where I reside they are known as push ups. I know you are just goofin me and this is just me goofin you back. Isometric exercise.
If he's never done them and felt tortured while doing them, he should get the good kind of sore...or possibly even the connective tissue kind of sore, which is not so good, lol
Jesus Christ, I do 300 pushups at least 3-4 times per week, on top of heavy lifting. I've never heard of someone being sore after a single set of just a dozen pushups, so I say the OP is just being a troll. If 12 pushups left him that sore, then it's hard to imagine him even getting through 12 of them in the first place.
push ups are fun with a deck of cards. deal yourself 5 cards, count those and do them .. face cards are 10each. this will kick your ass fast and build you up fast.
