If there's no force behind it you may even be talking about precum. Many men don't produce precum while masturbating alone, but do so when with a partner or when mentally stimulated. As far as premature ejaculation while with a partner is concerned, the best solution is to masturbate a few hours beforehand, whenever possible. The main cause of premature ejaculation, however, seems to be that of excessive mental stimulation.
