    hey,

has anyone felt like masturbating over time has led them to have less control over their orgasms while having sex.

i have a major premature ejaculation problem all of a sudden and my girl friend is getting very frustrated.
i did masturbate alot for a while. i mean atleast once a day several days of the week where it would be like 2 to 3 times a day.

if i stop masturbating and control myself will that help my penise go back to normal and be less sensitive with more control of my orgasm.

    any one have this problem??
I really need to know and any solutions would be great. i love my girl frined and the sex has been pretty bad lately and i want to fix it asap.

I've been having the same thing happen to me. I find that the more I masturbate the less likely I will cum quickly having sex. When you don't masturbate as often you become more sensitive to other feelings such as vaginal stimulation, because it a new and different feeling. When I use to masturbate often I could cum very quick, and sex would take a bit longer. Now that the role is reversed, it takes me longer when I masturbate, and less when having sex.

    You could masturbate before sex.

So, every guy is different, right? I've heard some guys with the same complaint you have; I also know plenty of guys for whom the exact opposite is true: masturbating helps them gain GREATER control over their ejaculations when having partner sex. So it's hard to tell whether the masturbation link is really valid or not, or if there might be other issues involved. For example, do you have any emotional issues going on that might contribute to the PE – anxiety, worry, stress, feelings about commitment, anything? And sometimes it can be the position you're in; for example, if you do mostly missionary, maybe doggy or another position might stimulate your penis in a different way that helps you last longer. And, of course, masturbating right before sex can sometimes help, if you’re able to achieve a quick re-erection. On a different matter, it helps to keep the penis in good overall health; using a quality penis health cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) can help. Look for one with L-arginine, which is important for maintaining healthy penis blood flow. Good luck!

Top tip, take your time when you do masturbate (don't go straight to the end). This will help you take your time when you're having sex.
    It worked for me. :)

Check out my thread in the "Sexual Health" forum below on "Premature Ejaculation". It has helped many guys.
