    Post what you ate today and your total calorie intake, then decide what you did well and what you can do better

    Today:
    Kiwi x3 = 135 calories
    A lot of chips and salsa = about 500 calories
    couple handfuls of unsalted peanuts = 300 calories
    a banana = 110 calories
    an orange = 60 calories

    =1100 calories, not bad so far, probly coulda ate less chips&salsa, need more protein.

    Veggie Korma, not many calories
    Coffee, not many either
    Cookie, some calorie amount

    Now if cigs had calories, i'd be fat. really, really, really... FAT
