Possible photoshop

ok im wanting to get snake bites possibly but im wanting to maybe see if i can photoshop some snakebites on my face to see what they look like before i get them. anyone have any ideas

I used paint back in the day when I was contemplating a piercing

 

get two magnets andtwo small ball bearings.

magnets on inside of lip, ball bearings on the outside.

that should do it.
