Pork Fillets With Mustard Sauce by TheAussieChef in Uncategorized Ingredients 4 Pork Fillets 1 1/2 Teaspoons Curry Powder 30gms (1oz) Butter 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice For The Mustard Sauce- 1 Cup Water 1 Chicken Stock Cube 2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice 2 Teaspoons French Mustard 2 Tablespoons Cream 2 Teaspoons Cornflour 2 Teaspoons Water Salt And Pepper To Taste Method Trim all fat from the pork fillets,sprinkle the curry powder on a sheet of greaseproof paper and roll the fillets in the curry powder. Melt the butter in a baking dish add the pork fillets and sprinkle with the lemon juice ,bake uncovered in a moderate oven for 15 minutes or until tender,basting frequently during cooking,remove from oven and slice thinly,serve with the sauce. To make the sauce place the water in a small saucepan add the crumbled stock cube,lemon juice,mustard and cream,combine the cornflour with the 2 teaspoons of water and stir into the saucepan and continue stirring till the sauce comes to a gentle boil and thickens,reduce the heat and simmer uncovered a further 3 minutes ,season to taste with salt and pepper and serve with the pork.
