I note there a number of young people on this board and would like to post a few astrological pointers on this important subject.
If you know how to read your horoscope you can know exactly what other people think of you, regardless of what they might say about you when you are not around. It can be a useful tool, especially when you get older and have a business. As you already know people are not always truthful, and perhaps none of us really are no matter how honest we would like to be - its a simple fact of life.
In any case I plan three postings ... the first deals with aspects ... it is a very simple outline of why you are loved or why you feel persecuted. I will be happy to expand on the reasoning behind each statement shoould anyone wish.


General popularity in the world is ruled by Sun and Moon.
If you have these two in favorable aspect you get along in the world, with nearly everyone you meet. If they afflict by square or opposition, as in the case of presidents Bush and Clinton they indicate fervent supporters among a minority of fanatics but also deep dislike on the part of many …



Venus or Jupiter Angular (1st, 4th, 7th or 10th House) always indicates popularity – Mars and Saturn in these Houses the reverse.


If you have a planet strong by sign and aspect people born under the sign ruled by the planet will generally like you - for example if you have Mars rising in Leo you will get along well with Aries and Scorpio, both signs being ruled by Mars.
