Re-evaluate your diet and lifestyle. Exercise more. Drink loads of water and fruit juice and reduce sugar intake. That's what I'd say. peace
I would say drink plenty of water and increase the fiber in your diet, and exercise is important also so that you are creating the peristalsis movement in your bowels. If you never have been regular, it just may the norm for you, I have taken care of patients that only went 1x per week.
