anyone else in this forum love and play pool as much as i do? i love it... i play all the time... im not too bad of a shot.. i shoot leagues and tournaments multiple times a week... nothing too fancy for a cue... its really all in the tip anyways.. the rest of the cue is for looks and overall feel for the person using it.. so who else here plays pool? 8ball? 9ball? you in a league?
ya should play for money(or any sort of thing.. a beer.. soda... joint).... not only does it give you the chance to become richer than you were before you set the money at the table.. but it also makes you become a better shot because you take each shot that much more seriously than if you were just playin for fun
i play for fun 8 ball and 9 ball i wish I was better. When I get a decent sized place im going to get a table if I can afford it. If not I'll just take the fooseball table from my parents house.
I play 8 ball all the time. I used to play in a league until the new smoking laws started so now I can't get into the billiards club. I have a custom stick that was made in the 70s that belonged to my dad. Oh, and APA for life!!!!
i enjoy playing with my friend who has a table but im not to great. its still fun though and i occassionally win.
Yeah i love pool, I wanted to practice every day and become really good. I figured it would be a good hobby for me. But I don't have a job, and paying to use a table all the time started to add up. Plus none of my friends here like to shoot pool, it's lame.
i can jam the pool table at work... the company don't know about it.. but we got it fixed to where, after ya pay for one game you can get the coin slot to stick so you just push it in and the balls drop again... ya gotta know just what to do though... its tricky.. but its pretty easy to afford unlimited pool for $1
I like pool a bunch.Don't play too much,but it's really weird when I do because sometimes I am really lousy and can't beat anyone.Then other times I shoot like a minor hustler!Never know which it's going to be.
pool is the only game i actually enjoy playing, i just dont get to play that much, mabey once a week.
I had a table till a month ago when we sold it cause we are moving. I havent played much as of late, but i was pretty good.
one of the bars i frequent... and has weekly pool tournaments just put in a ping pong table... its awesome... drunken ping pong... doesnt get much better than that
I'm an artist and play many games well, especially those involving something like a cue, a brush, a bow, or best of all, a box with slits and silvered mirrors. In that game I was playing with light and a star.
Pool is the shit, I can't play for shit though when I'm stoned, apparently being high destroys my geometry skills. However, when I'm drunk, I'm awesome or maybe I just think I am Doesn't matter though, cause everyone knows I'm the fucking man
Pool is fun, but I suck. I used to have a table, but last year I sold it for $20 at my yard sale. I accidentally hit my friend in the nuts with an out of control que ball like 10 times, so I got my moneys worth for the table.
