I bake fries at home every once in awhile. Salt is good... and tons of BARBECUE sauce :)

cheese and tomato sauce, but then I'm not vegan :)

I know someone who tops his fries with cheese tomato and pinapple. He calls then hawaiian chips

um, I just use katchup! however, my boyfriend puts his fries ON his burger! :) so, it's not a side, it's a condiment.

Depends what I'm in the mood for.

Frank's Red Hot is a favorite of mine, but so is mustard or salt and vinegar (especially at the county fair!)

Okay, for those of you that eat your fries with vinegar... are you talking about regular white vinegar? Just dunk 'em in??? Obviously it's popular from the responses here, but I have NEVER heard of that!

I like to spray my fries with it...and then the salt sticks to it. I prefer apple cider vinegar.

Tastes just like salt and vinegar chips ;)

Ohh, thanks! I think I'm gonna have to try this the next time we have fries. It sounds scary, but I'll be brave ;) Gosh, I tried fries dipped in chocolate milkshake as a teen & loved it ;)

malt vinegar, too. Rice wine vinegar is good. I made a veggie white gravy (gimme a break, I grew up in Texas) for fries a few times. Rich, but I can see the addiction potential.

    chilli sauce...oh yum.
i'm not a vegan i'm also partial to (free range) garlic aioli -but oly occasionally because it's a heart attack in a bowl.

and, this is weird but i guess it's kind of like vinegar - i've always adored the taste of lemon juice on chips. It's so freaking good.
