It's under way. Two states have legalized it, 20 states allow medical marijuana, Obama said leave the states alone, and lots of states will vote on legalization in next year's midterm elections, many others in 2016. It's been a long hard fight but we're finally winning.
Legalize without the morality tax. They want 50% tax here as sort of a punishment for using it. The black market will not die unless tax is reasonable.

About to get more expensive due to tax. It is much higher then cigs or alcohol. But only tourists will be using weed shops. The locals with connects wont be paying that.
