In the longer version of the video the person recording calls out to the police to stop, and he points at the camera and orders her to stop recording She was on public property and had every right to record the incident. - to me that's evidence of guilt.
Nowadays everyone has a video camera. The cops need to dial that shit back! It's not like they can sit in court and deny it ever happened anymore!
