    Hello English community!

I'm frensh and I have to write a quite important project for my college. The subject is "A comparativ study between Amiens and Salisbury" (amiens is a frensh city). Here is a small part of it, I would be glad if you could tell me where the errors are...
    Thank you very much!

Now, let's talk about some possible things that could be done, to my mind, in order to improve each city.
First of all, there are things that exist in one of these, but not in both, and that could be interresting to add in the town where they aren't. Among them, there could be for example a parc next to the Amiens' cathedral. Effectively Notre Dame d'Amiens is exclusively circled by buildings:
some are houses, restaurants or offices, and also a business school (called “Sup de Co”). Even if there is a park (the “Jardin de l'évéché”) which is behind the Middle Ages' building, you can't really have a great view of the cathedral, firstly because you are only able to see its backside, secondly because you can't really go far from it in order to have an overview of the building, to take a photo for example. We have the same problem concerning the small square facing the main front of the cathedral: the only photos you are able to take are not very good if you want to take the hole front; let's have a look on this photo, with which you can guess that the photographer was at the foot of it.

Moreover you can't see both of the bottom borders of the stone building. If want want to have a good photo of the hole cathedral, you will have to go up on the Tour Perret, from which you can see this view:

A few months before, there was a car park from witch you could have the very best photos, but nowadays this great view is being hidden by some new building: an hotel, some houses an offices. Even if it's good looking, it's pity for the photographers!

As regards Salisbury, a significant improvement could be possible and would probably make the inhabitants of Salisbury's daily life easier. It concerns the transport, a very new service offered by some large towns in France. Paris' one is the most famous, known as “Velib”; but Amiens has also installed it in the city and named it “Velam”. What is it? A Velam is simply a bike... What's new? These Velam can be borrowed for only a few minutes and relatively rapidly. They are available in a lot of Velam stations spread in all the city center so that you can take it easily (in less thant one minute!) and let him in an other station. It would obviously very practical for the daily route in salisbury, not to pollute too much with cars this very nice city, and to go faster. But it would be practical also for tourists that are willing to visit the city during a few days, cycling between each touristic place!

Now you know a bit more about two places that would ever be in my heart, and I tried to explain why: because of their History that still is observable nowadays, and because of the quiet lifestyle we can lead living in Salisbury and in Amiens. A better view of Notre Dame d'Amiens will probably not be possible, but I will maybe come back to England, and use the new bikes that will possibly be developed in the main English towns!

There isn't really much wrong with it, but your wording is often very confusing.
