Play the field, never let the field play me.....until now

well heres the story.....I started talking to this girl from the boards here on msn a while back. Well one thing led to another and the talking became flirting and the flirting became cyber. We started talking on the phone alot. At first i was like be cool, shes got a boyfriend(also on these boards thats why im not name droppin) but then i started really getting to know her and became a little emotionally involved. This is totally unlike me but i went head over heels for this chick. i mean like heavy, first thing i thought of upon waking up and last thing i thought of before sleeping. I know she was really into me too because she was talking about breaking up with her boyfriend for me, and the way she talked i could just tell she felt as strongly as I did. Well i was a little too impatient and "suggested" she break up with her man sooner rather then later, that it would be better for all partys involved. we talked after that a couple times but now for like the last week and a half she hasnt returned my IMs.PMs, or phone calls. Did i get taken for a sucker or what?
i try to get off my playa playa kick and be real with a girl, and i get FUCKED OVER.

I'm sorry. Honestly, though if she told you she wanted to break up with her man for you, i can't blame you for asking and neither should she. I would ask all the time too. If someone said that and didn't do it right away, I would think thier just playing dumb ass games.

yeah, I'm really sorry. That sounds like it just sucks and it's totally unfair to you. She should make a decision and not play games with your head. No one deserves that.

 

turns out you were wrong buddy, i havent talked to her in forever....this sucks....teach me to get emotionally invested

yeah maybe....but then again i left her phone messages and IMs n PMs that were never responded to.....what was i supposed to think when i get no response in like a month?

 

If someone breaks up with someone else for you they usually do it right away and to cease contact is pretty indicative of her feelings towards you. may i suggest being real with every girl you meet, thus widening your opportnities?

 

i say keep your guard up. and if shes willing to break up with her guy for someone else shes prone to do the same to you... maybe not. i dont know.
