The same words can be said of someone with a Pisces Moon, or even a Pisces ascendant. I'll harp back to saying that it's about a whole lot more than sun signs, every person is the whole of their chart. Sun signs ARE important, but can and sometimes do get overshadowed by other chart factors.
oh yeah, when i discovered the properties of a chart, sun signs to me seemed less and less important. im just pointing out that i like that explaination of a pisces person, no matter what moon or rising a pisces sun has the duality and confliction is inevitable.
