I just started doing pilates and wow.... my stomach and leg muscles were still feeling it for several hours afterwards.... What a great feeling. Anyone else do it?
i do some pilates moves on my ab days. i went through a few weeks of pilates workouts early last summer, i liked it, it was kinda fun, it's a little rough on your neck though sometimes! good luck with it!
Pilates is great! I prefer the more graceful, low impact movements to aerobics. It's a great way to keep toned and limber. Makes a great addition to yoga too.
