Picture Paradise

This is a poem I wrote. I did the first half last night, the second half this morning. It's a poem about peace and love, and I call it Picture Paradise.

Picture no more battles,
It's not so hard to do,
Sit and think about it,
And it will come to you

Picture rising up and overthrowing,
The powers that now be,
And make this truly once again,
The land of the free

Picture no more sadness,
No more hunger, no more war,
If everyone gave a little,
Instead of always wanting more

Picture what could happen,
If we all just came and tried,
This earth would then belong to us,
Instead of those who've lied

Picture what could happen,
If no one came and tried,
War and hatred everywhere,
Controlled by those who've lied

So what I'm here to tell you is,
There's a choice you have to make,
Leave war and hatred everywhere,
Or this world we'll remake

i dont play any instrument, so i cant write any music for it. im working on learning guitar and harmonica though. someday...
