Has anyone here tried phenibut? It's a little known sports supplement, and right now is completely legal. It's a fine white powder which you mix in water (or maybe fruit juice or cordial because it tastes very sour). It can take a few hours to feel the effects. But as it's a workout supplement, it works by taking away the aches and pains from your muscles so you can train harder for longer. But it's so much better than that! Because it actually makes your body and muscles feel pleasure when you work out! It actually feels tingly pleasure and you feel good! It makes your mood lighten, you laugh more, and your mind quickens, but there isn't any paranoia at all. In fact, since I've been using it I feel more confident, more able to stick up for myself, and more assertive. I'm kicking all ass man! But only when people deserve it. It's not like roid-rage or anything. I just don't take crap off people anymore! It works on the gaba receptors in the brain I think, and this dramatically reduces your ability to feel fear. So you can get on with your life and enjoy yourself so much more. You can go dancing in a club and feel pleasure in your whole body as you move! And this stuff is a nootropic, meaning it actually makes you more intelligent. My concentration is up, my ability to focus, and my ability to write and calculate things is way up. And you sleep much deeper, and therefore can sleep for less time and wake up feeling like a kid on Christmas day - I'm not joking! And this stuff is cheap too! Side effects? Heightened sense of touch to the genitalia and exquisite feelings of arousal. But if you take too much you can have - blurry vision (and feel like you're drunk), - nodding off at the most random moments, - 'dreaming' whilst you're still awake, resulting in a feeling of un-reality, - slurred speech - vomiting, - dizziness. However, know your doses and don't over do it! And remember, it comes on when you move or work out, so have some ii a bottle of juice and go for a hike or run with your iPod. You shouldn't do this everyday, and they recommend no more than 3 days in a run, before 3 days off. I personally don't see any problems arise when I discontinue it, I just go back to being a man, instead of a man-plus as I am with this stuff!

interesting. i wonder how it would compare to clonazepam or valerian root - the two GABAergenics i use most often. i would be interested in trying it if i could find a bulk powder supplier but it seems with the dosages measured in grams any pre-capped phenibut is probably going to be too expensive.
I used to buy it from Amazon, it's on the american and british version. I'm from England myself. But now I've found a much better website for it, from bulk powders dot co dot uk. It's only £20 + £3 delivery, and it's really fast delivery too. Pre capped is too expensive and runs out too quickly, and you want to buy it in and have it for a while.

Hmm, I didn't know it got that much praise. I'll have to read up on it. I love substances that aid me with work outs too. edit: upon further review, I'm afraid of addiction. I hear withdrawal is terrible and tolerance rapidly rises and lasts for a long time. reports are mixed. some people say it's dirty and/or boring although some seem to like it a lot; still I'd definitely like to try it.
Phenibut is great, I use it as well! I forget the dosage that I take, but I love it before going out! Usually on a night out I will drink 8-10 drinks, with Phenibut, the desire to drink is greatly reduced. It';s a good thing, it kills my craving for alcohol. I believe it's being used for the treatment of alcoholism in Russia. It's a gaba b agonist, so basically you feel outgoing and warm and socially awesome just like a few drinks, but none of the impairment! After a lot of Phenibut, the next day it gives you quite a hangover.. you can't sleep and are jittery and not hungry. ALSO: Phenibut gives you whiskey dick! It doesn't the job to seduce but does not let you carry through! 8/10 would buy again.
