I had my first experience with 2c-i last night, it was interesting, but I won't get into that here... I'm wondering if anybody has noted any tolerance with 2c-i or other phenethylamines?

I'm wanting to try again at a slightly higher dose tonight, but I have no interest in throwing a dose away...

Dosing with a phenethylamine two nights in a row will definately cause a loss in potency, regardless
of whether its the same compound eg 2c-i, 2c-e etc. To get the full effects from the same dose
id wait at least a coulpe pf days, a weeks even better. Up the dose by a few mg and see how that
goes if ur gonna do it again tonight

Almost all psychedelics are too some degree cross-tolerant. The only exception might be 5-MeO-DMT and phenylethylamines (don’t know this for a fact just theorizing). The phenylethylamines are pretty much devoid of 5HT1A action, while 5-MeO-DMT may get most of its action via 5HT1A. Most all other psychedelics have some combination of 5HT2 and 5HT1 effects and are pretty much cross-tolerant to varying degrees. 5-Meo-DMT and the phenylethylamines may also be as well.

DMT as well... I've read of studies involving back to back sessions, I believe it was 3 times each day for 5 days. No noticable losses.

i experienced no tolerance from 2c-i (i have experienced it on every other 2c though, except 2c-i and 2c-c).
Everyone reacts differently to psychedelics though and it would be best to wait at LEAST a week between trips.

    peace.
