This is the salad i love: chopped lettuce, tomatoes, lil bit of onions and a big can of sweet corn then feta cheese all over the thing, olive oil, salt and red pepper!! voilá!! DELICIOUS!!!! OMG IM HUNGRY NOW!
Caeser salad with the darker parts of the lettuce (NOT the white lettuce! Bleh!) with croutons, shreds of spinach, and ranch dressing.

Either a Waldorf salad without the raisins, or if I'm making it myself, I just get whatever's in the fridge, so normally lettuce, cucumber, ham, cheese, beetroot, cherry tomatos, raw button mushrooms etc.

1 lb. red snapper fillit 3.5 oz. arugula leaves 2 oz. celery 2 limes 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil. Lay finely chopped arugula leaves on a plate. Top with thin slices of the filleted red snapper and thinly sliced and chopped celery. To prepare the lime sauce, squeeze the juice of two limes into a bowl, add salt and extra virgin olive oil, and mix energetically until you obtain a creamy sauce. Dress the carpaccio with the sauce.

soya bean sprouts, cashew nuts, apple, finely sliced red onion and radish with a sweet chili dressing!
I like pomegranate seeds in my salad with Italian dressing. It's weird how well they go together. Honeydew melon is good, kiwi is good, also avocado with the right dressing (honey mustard or a sweet Asian sesame for me).
Raw broccoli with grated cheddar, sunflower seeds, chopped red onions, real crumbled bacon, and raisins....
