Saw this thread somewhere else so i decieded to jack it and bring it here. So what would the perfect head shop be like? Mine would have the pipes and everything, sold Weed, E, LSD, and Mushrooms. With every purchase you made you would get a sample of something (depends on how much you spent). There would of course be a lounge area where you could just come to smoke or chill. A little bakery in it would be a must to take care of the munchies.
thats what "Dakine" in vancouver used to be like you buy weed, they sell treats with weed in them and without, ie. brownies etc. there was a pretty chill smoking room, and u could buy awsome pipes/bongs
haha to be honest i dunno, i guess they just operated until it became wayyy to public it was pretty much like amsterdam, u go in, they have bins of weed and u choose which strain you want, all REALLY killer shit eventually after like 6 months of being open the police raided it and shut it down
instead of it being like just a total chill room have the main floor like a regular headshop (glass shelves with your merchandise etc) and then have an upper floor and that place could be like a restaurant/chill/smoke area, have special tables in the corner that instead of chairs they have pillows and instead of a table you have a hookah it would be sweet, cuz people wouldn't be pressured into buying weed/paraphernelia they could come in for a bite to eat or just to hang out after work and smoke a joint therefore it would be pretty much open to anyone, even those who don't smoke up it might be a little difficult to manage since you could have people that just come in and never buy anything and just sit around and blaze their own shit, but you're guaranteed to get people in there that are gunna buy a piece, some bud, and then head upstairs to get some food and try out their new equipment
i dont get why they dont let weed be legal i maen really the only reason is cuz they wouldnt be able to put a tax on it but who gives a fuck the world would be a better place if weed was legal. everyone could get along and get blazed
O man, this is so tight. so they would have only really nice headie pieces and brand name bongs. They quality shit, only gong. Then it would have a resturant, and a bunch of different rooms with couches and shit that you could rent to chill in, but let in as many people as you wanted. and it would be pimped out with a tv, computer, minifridge. all the best munchie food, and a huge movie selection with all the stoner ones of course. There would also be a main chill area. And then you can test all the pieces as well.

simple shop. all hand blown pieces from artists i meet, great prices. papers, blunts, grinders, vapes etc.... and grateful dead type memorabilia, jam band t-shirts, hippie stuff, incense. friendly service. jobs for local teens and young adults. a small field for concerts(brings in customers, and provides entertainment.).
Mine... would be in a downtown sort of setting. It would be done in the style of an old opium den on top, with pillows and indian themed things, where you could go and smoke and chill out and eat, like, crazy foreign foods. And of course, I would have people, like waiters, walking around and serving up some marijuana to my guests. I might also have a very very little stage so that I could have performers... not necessarily just musicians, but maybe dancers and other types too. And the bottom would have a very small bar where we could serve absinthe and wine and very small snack-like things, with the same styling as the top floor, but with a bit of a more raver-ish edge to it. A bit more modern. And on this bottom floor, besides the small bar and a few tables, there would be shelves of different sorts of bongs and pipes. Not necessarily for how functional they are, but for how pretty and artistic they are. Not "THE SUPER SMOKE-A-TRON 3000!" kind of things, but like little handmade pipes and such. And... if I had room, maybe a place divided by a curtain that would be like, a tiny little bookstore, with books that are hard to find in regular book stores. Oh! And I think it would be awesome if we had a little courtyard or something out back to put in a little fountain and chairs and such. ahhh. yesss.
