If you stuff up, own it and learn from your mistakes. Don’t blame others. You messed it up. You right it.

No harm in failing. Give things a go but use mistakes as a chance to improve.

  4. You could say that about those who are sick and then go into work with their sickness and spread it about.

  6. When people fail to take responsibility for their own plumbing in their own unit and ask others to pay for a plumber.
Also when the same person complains about all the noises going around my street.

People who don't hold themselves accountable?
The first answer that I can think of is women, in general. Nothing that they do wrong, is ever their fault, according to them. They are the constant self victimized, finger pointers and blame everyone else, especially men, when women make bad decisions.

  13. When people sign up on here and sound like a banned alias who just wants to keep going with their crap against women.

Being a chartered as design engineer for buildings such as London theaters, Heathrow airport and systems in nuclear power stations, along with being qualified as a doctor, it is better that I iron out all my mistakes before I put them into practice.

I would hardly want to put on my CV....... "Of the 7 buildings that I worked on, only 1 of them collapsed", and stories such as "We amputated the patients wrong leg". are only seen in 1930's comedy films. :yum::yum::yum:

I’m trying to teach my daughter the importance of all of this.

  17. Start with the end. Ultimately people who aren't responsible wind up in the legal system. Not necessarily in jail, but that's usually the ultimate end. What I taught mine is that when the legal system gets their talons into you, it's hard to shake them loose.

Since she wasn't even born when I was at the peak of my low life of crime, she doesn't see any reason I might know what I'm talking about. And I'd rather not go into details about a past I put behind me decades ago (the worst thing I do these days is smoke pot and run a pirate radio station to bitch about the local political cronies).

Introduce her to things like garnishment, court costs, or when you piss a cop off and he writes you 3 or 4 citations for anything he can think of. It's a serious shock to some people. While I'm not anti-cop, I avoid them because just about any encounter I have with them costs me money.

It still doesn’t resonate until they get their first taste of repercussions from breaking the law. I’ve explained the same exact things and given the same examples, but she won’t understand until she’s out there on her own. She’s sheltered right now.

  20. People who think they are invincible and think that this virus won't get them.
So they don't heed the advice that has been taken by the government.
These idiots are what is the problem right now. They get sick with a virus called covid-19 all because they don't want to stay at home because their parents make them.
It's for their own fucking good.
Go to the beach you fuckwits. Go and get sick.
