Pentangle... the english "grateful dead"

Anyone heard of this band called Pentangle? I'm a brit and recently become a big grateful dead fan. Though just now I came across something described as the british answer to the grateful dead and i've listened to some stuff on youtube. While the grateful dead seem to riff on a lot of american culture and music, pentangle seem to riff on a lot of british culture. for example i quite liked this song "let no man steal your thyme" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RwT0COKXFMM but they never made the switch to electric. so apparently they died out in popularity.
