The sleeves I have seen are sized for average girths. Anyone know of one for larger girths, preferably made from silicone?

I'm not understanding your surprise at my very mundane reaction. Do you want me to go find you a penis sleeve? or did you just want to throw that out there, like a pervy hand-grenade?
