For the last few days, my penis aches, all the time but mildly when in a normal state, but as it grows to erect state, the ache is more severe and my penis takes a long while to go down after I come, the pain is all over not one area. When I pee it takes longer to finish, but doesn't ache any worse. The only cause I can think of may be due to riding a bike a week ago, long distance for charity, hit a few bumps in the road which put more pressure down there but thats the only thing I can think of, im hoping it eases off soon as am avoiding masturbating or trying to, bit embarrassed to see Dr at this stage

A real, experienced Urologist MD would not be even slightly embarrassed by your condition, so there is no reason for you to be embarrassed or shy about it. As soon as you get it resolved - you can stop worrying about it.

Bro, get over your embarrassment and see a doctor.

Like what if you ended up with permanent erectile dysfunction just because you were too embarrassed to see a doctor?

There's nothing to be embarrassed about. You've a problem with something "down there", so what? It's not like going into the emergency room with beads up your ass that have to surgically removed or something.
