The head of his penis has turned white, like the head of a white man. By the way he took STD's test last month and has none. Any clues as to why this is happening. I have something similar but it’s all over my penis. It’s called Vitiligo and it’s where you lose the pigment that gives the skin its color. I have white sections on the shaft of my penis and most of the glans penis. It’s not harmful.
