Peanut Squares 1 cup honey 1 cup peanut butter 2 cups instant nonfat dry milk 1 cup finely chopped coconut 1 12oz can finely chopped Honey Roasted Peanuts (approximately 3 cups) Directions: Warm honey and peanut butter together. Add milk, coconut and nuts to honey mixture and blend together. Press mixture tightly and evenly into 8" x 8" x 2" square dish. Refrigerate for about 2 hours. Cut into squares 4" x 4" Great for snack when biking, hiking, or energy pick me up during the day. Favorite after school snack, wrapped in colorful individual bags and keep in the refrigerator. Yield: 16 portions---wrap individually and keep refrigerated.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie 4 ounces cream cheese 1 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted 1 cup crunchy peanut butter 1/2 cup milk 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed 1 deep-dish chocolate flavored crust In a large mixer bowl combine cream cheese and confectioners' sugar; mix well. Add peanut butter and mix. Slowly add milk and mix well. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into pie shell and cover. Freeze for at least 30 minutes. Drizzle each serving with chocolate syrup.
ROLLED OAT CLUSTERS (NO BAKE COOKIES) 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. peanut butter 3 c. rolled oats (quick or regular) Combine sugar, milk, butter and salt, in a heavy 3 quart pot. Stir. Bring to a full boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Add rolled oats. Mix well. Cool until mixture holds shape, slightly. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper. Cool. Makes about 4 dozen clusters.

Search for it in the dark. Finally find your flashlight. Distinquish spoonful of pb from rocks, small pine cones, and animal droppings (very important). Drop it again. Pick it up and hold it to nose to make sure. Pop it in mouth. Repeat until jar is empty.
