That's only if congress doesn't vote to renew it tonight. We'll find out in a few short hours if it survives. My guess is if it expires, the neocons and corporate liberals will draft and pass the same bill under a new name in due time. We shall see.

I watched Rand Paul's speech on the floor of the Senate last night. It was an amazing experience because for perhaps the only time in my life, I agreed with everything a Republican said. We should all thank him for being one of the very few who take seriously their oath to defend the Constitution.
