5 lbs Rainbow Rotini, cooked and drained
3 lbs cooked cubed chicken (haven't tried TVP or tofu yet, sorry!)
5 jars sauce (tomato, alfredo, whatever!)
    Optional:
3+ lbs of whatever veggies are around (broccoli, carrots, corn, etc.)
    Spices to taste

Pitch all ingredients into the biggest pot you can find, stir well, heat until warmed through. Feeds a huge crowd (our record was 30 with leftovers) for cheap; toss the leftovers in the empty sauce jars for late arrivals or next-day meals. My "kids" (pack of teenagers in our friendfamily) love it and ask for it whenever we go on camping trips. With veggies, it's a one-bowl balanced meal with a minimum of cleanup.

Campsite instructions: Cook cubed chicken at home and bring in bags; same for pasta if you don't feel like messing with it.

    Price:
    Pasta - $5
    Chicken - $5
    Sauce - $5
    Veggies - $3
    (everything on sale, of course!)
    Total: $18, or 60c/ person.

Add $1 (yay for Jiffy Mix being on sale!) and make cornbread to go with, if you've got time.
