People hallucinating demons and snakes, ghosts and spirits. Devils. Robberies. Dead bodies, missing girl. Crank madness and claims of having made bitch burgers out of her. Insanity expanding. Incredible. I'm in a band and we have a campground that hosts musical events from time to time. It puts us in a unique position to know more than we ever wanted to about it. There are about 10 cooks just between our house and the nearest small town which is only 4 miles away. One of our drummers is a cook. We've done everything possible to get him away from it, but he has BECOME it. Even tho the bigger stores in bigger towns are making ingredients harder to get, there are stores in our county that will sell as much of the ingredients as they can get away with because the people who run the places do it too. Even the fire martial's wife is dealing. All night traffic on our backwoods road has increased ten fold, and there have been more murders in the past 2 years THAN IN THE LAST 30. People get busted, and they go right back to it as soon as they get out of jail. Most of the people cooking have kids. My 6 year old grandson lives in a cooking house with his dad. My daughter can't get custody of him even tho she is completely straight and has everything going for her, because he got his charges dropped due to a "mistake". I'd like to be real vocal in the community about the problem, but like alot of other folks, I'm scared too. So, here we are, in the "wild west" so to speak, tryin' not to piss anybody off, and still keep it as far away as possible. This is just a rant anyhow, but I'm almost as PARANOID as the Geekers are!

at my freind's performing arts school, practically everyone is addicted to speed. i was interested to try but after hearing how easy it is to get hooked.. i dunno. ive got a very addictive personality.
I've got a suspicion that with things the way they have gotten around here, and probably in other places, that this scenario is only gonna get worse. This world is a hard enough place to live what with the rabid rightwing warriors running things on the bigger scale. Something like 85% of all Amerikan humanity has problems of some kind or another to begin with. Mental health has deteriorated to the point where a few of us feel like we're living in a nuthouse and the loonies are in charge. Crank is eroding away the fabric of our culture. Nearly impossible to kick. I've done it once. Because some moron thought I needed to try it, they spiked my coffee with it at a party. I see the appeal, but like the "Devil", it is a very deceptive thing. And by the time you've figgured that out it's too late. I predict alot more death and destruction coming very shortly. Most people do not have the headspace to fight this. They are too busy worrying about partying and making lots of money to care until they are way too far in. This ain't marijuanna, folks! And because of these sick souls, the heat is on for all of us. Personally, I'd like to be able to live in a world where you don't have to sleep with a gun by the bed at night. Does no good to "get away from it all" out in the rural sticks of Amerika, because this is where it's hitting the hardest. Everyone wants to protest war and Bush and all that, but this problem is much more serious on an immediate and local scale. I'm a radical. Maybe I'll start an anti-crank organisation. Distribute bumper stickers and tee shirts and whatnot. Fuck 'em. :X
crack is nothing but a welfare drug. think about it everyone who is on crack has some way shape or form goverment help (welfare) and we are paying them to sit on there butts all day and do crack while we are working so you tell me if you think crack is a good think to have around.
I just can't see how anyone on welfare could afford to buy much crack. It is not a cheap drug compared to say weed. I also agree it is a very terrible thing and is destroying many lives, I voted for the go away option. That was for crystal meth, I think, though. From what I've seen, gak, or speed, or whatever the street name is, is even more dangerous. It does very serious damage very quickly, and I have met a few recovered speed addicts and seen the after effects. What can we do? It is such a huge problem, I don't know how the system is going to tackle it. The other drug that I have seen mess up people really bad is down, or junk, or smack...heroin. Smoking it doesn't seem to mess them up too bad, but soon as they start to fix......
Never tried it and really have no intention of ever doing so. but people can do whatever they want, as long as they don't bug me. i'm not too interested in all the chemically made drugs, 'cept blotter, but it comes from fungus originally so it doesn't count. peace & love.
haaa, well, I have done speed before, I had a very short period of time where I did a bit, but I never did it to excess and I didn't really like it particularly... it's a buzz but there is a distinctly dodgy edge to the effect of it... not good was my analysis of it... ecstasy is much the same, also MDMA is a little more ok feeling but ultimately it all feels very damaging and unbalanced... Coke I find is the only one that I have done that feels pretty much OK, but I am not one for being excessive with it and I have only done it a few times.... LSD and DMT is still the only drugs I find appealing, that and mushrooms, DMT is the only one that actually only has positive benefits, LSD and mushrooms I find should be treated with a lot of respect... DMT blows your mind and makes you feel great, it's a healthy thing, not a drug... that's where people should be taking their minds.. DMT and Ayahuasca is the way forward, although DMT is the easiest and safest of the two. Ayahuasca needs to be understood and all precautions should be followed before doing it, but if those precautions are taken I see no risk. It's meth that's the problem. It's the users who cannot handle it. Once they become a slave for a drug, then it's all over. I love meth. I'm not addicted, and those that I know who use it own have their shit together. Most of them own their own businesses. They use the drug responsibly, which makes all the difference in the world. If people are going to protest meth, they might as well protest all drugs. I know potheads that fall to pieces once the weed is gone. Let's protest weed....
