    i've had to tip people out too when waiting tables. it comes with the job.

    literally i'll be moving nonstop for 5 hours during my shift, i think that deserves the approx 10% tipout.

    it sucks, at one of my jobs i will get done with my shift, and then i have to tip out the cook 10%, who is already making good hourly pay. but when i'm out there running food, flipping tables, pre-bussing, getting drinks, bread, refilling drinks, etc. shit at this restaurant i swear the waiters could just take the order, put it in the computer and count on it getting delivered for them.

    no rain or wind
    just split
