   I ordered a pizza, papa John's, last week.
   Delivery is $2. Tax is $1.97
   
   tip has to be added at order to be on the card. Cash tips at door (and I think i'll go to tipping cash)
   
   I asked the driver how much of the delivery fee they got. 90c.
