'Painting' the all-star shoes

Hey,
do any of you paint your all-star shoes? (I bet some of you wear them)
What did you draw on them? (on that white part)
Any patterns somewhere online?
What to draw with so it doesn't blend off on the sun/dissapear in the rain?

I've been loking for some great ideas for quite some time but I've never found anything, so any help would be appreciated!

Nah, haven't painted mine. I try and keep one pair reasonably clean, the other I just let get as dirty as fuck. May 'accidently' get some paint splashed on em.

 

i used to just color them with permanent markers. they stay on well and don't really run......

What did you draw if I may ask? Just coloured and let it be?

I have like four pairs of those diff colors.. hehe ya last year i use to color on em and write bands names all over them but now i collect em ah ha

 

i wold draw peace signs, anarchy sighns, let all my friend sign em, write song lyrics.............

Write poetry on the white parts and on the actual canvas I would draw things like a little fairy town and just cool designs and stuff.

 

ahhhh, those were the day. haha...i still wear chuck's but i don't draw on them anymore. i used to write on the white part in pen....lyrics, aliens, stick figures...basically just lots of doodles. kinda makes me wish i had saved those old things!
