I have this pair of really comfy Mary Jane style shoes. They are getting a little scuffed up and worn looking and I would like to breath new life into them for fall.

I really would like to paint on the shoes but I am wondering what kind of paint to use and how I can seal the paint so it will not run off in the rain or humidity (I live in Florida). The shoes are a leather like material.

Any ideas of what will work?

When I first saw the title of this thread, I thought you wanted to paint shoes on your feet to avoid wearing any...lol
