I'm an 18 year old guy and after I orgasm I can get another hard on pretty quickly but it hurts. Nothing terrible it just kills any desire. My technique doesnt seem to have any effect on it even if im very gentle it still hurts if I get an erection for the majority of that day. Any idea what could cause this

Maybe it's the number of times you do it, not the pressure you appy. I've always had a limit imposed by the little guy, beyond which it lets me know I've gone too far. Imposed with the only thing that forces me to lay off it on a lazy Saturday morning: pain! Or if you are new to the experience, maybe you've advanced too fast. One thing I can tell you is that (believe it or not) you can talk to a professional (doctor, sex therapist) about it, during which your embarassment will fade away and you'll think, "why did I hesitate to ask for help?" Luke - the shaft is composed of three things - two sacks, or corpus cavernosa, which fill with blood when you are aroused, because the capillaries open when signalled by the nitric oxide flashed from your brain, causing blood to flow in and give you an erection, and the urethra, or tube through which urine and ejaculate pass to the meatus, or hole in your glans (head). Is the pain in the sacks or the urethra? Some guys, if they are uncut, have tight foreskins which squeeze the urethra when retracted.
    Is that your problem?

PM me if you want to discuss this more privately.

no im ok with talking about it here

i am cut so that doesnt seem to be the problem
seems to be the corpus cavernosa but ill have to try to identify it more acuratly next time

Luke -does your penis bend to the left or right when erect? Have you ever been kicked in the groin or suffered other trauma there? This could have some relationship to your problem.

    nope no bend or trauma

i went twice today to try to make a better note of where it hurt
it hurts mainly along the underside along the urethra the worst being right below the head
it hurts most if you contract the muscles like if you were trying to stop peeing

even after twice the pain isnt bad its just like a dull its there pain

thanks for all the help so far if i get a chance to ask my doc this will help be more clear

Luke - it could be a urinary tract infection, which is easily dealt with by antibiotics. See your doctor. He will keep what you tell him confidential.
