Painful sex in missionary position?

I've always heard that the missionary position is generally the least painful position for women. But for me every thrust feels really painful (which I kinda like) and I figure he's hitting my cervix. Does anyone else on here have this problem? If he is hitting my cervix, I wonder why it's only in this position and not any other. I hear stories about men hitting their woman's cervix doing it doggy style more than any other. Also, does it usually hurt the guy when this happens? It doesn't seem to lessen the pleasure for my guy since he seems to really go all out when he sees my reaction to the pain. I enjoy the intensity but I'm curious if there's any way to make it slightly less painful.

 

people are all different . so what may work for one couple may be different for someone else.

 

Get on top and ride him, that way you can control how deep it goes in. This should give you the answer to your question.

Well, I know I can have sex painlessly in other positions. I do it all the time, including deep and hard cowgirl and it doesn't hurt even then. I was just wondering if this problem with missionary is more common than I thought or if I am an anomaly with an oddly positioned cervix.
