ok ive heard that using a penis pump regularly will increase your length, girth, and stamina in the sack. ive also heard that steroids will shrink your balls BUT increase your girth and stamina. im looking for replies from people who have actually experimented with such things or know a lot about them. just curious.

the only way to genuinely and permanently change penis size is through surgery. Surgeries mean risk, particularly of nerve damage.

To most chicks, penis size isn't that big a deal.... all the other talents are a lot more important (cunnilingus etc)

I've used a little roids in the past ... I know of shitloads of guys who've had issues with their junk - but I didnt ... I didnt use very much in truth .... the accepted wisdom is that the effects are very much dependent on the type of roid used and the quantity.

Lots of things can have temporary effects on performance and even affect size sometimes, but a permanent result only comes from surgery, which is scary shit. Genital surgery doesn't sound like a good idea to me, for men or women

First up I have seen first hand a permanently enlarged clitoris from steroid use in women . Secondly heavy users of test will have testicular shrinkage due to too much test being present in their body .... if you use for too long this can be permanent.

In any case I do agree with you - genital surgery is almost never a good idea - start by campaigning against the forced non elective surgery that is circumcision.
