ok so i just went to see a screening of the documentary out in the silence and met and talked with the film makers and i just want to say that it was amazing..it is a documentary about this gay man from a tiny rural town that moved away, got married and put their wedding announcement in his hometowns newspaper which sparked great outcry in the community but they also received a letter from a woman from his town that was worried about her son that was being treated so horribly by the community because he was gay. i just wanted to share because it was a great film that i think is really a good thing for people to see and have discussions about very nice guys too i talked with him for quite a while after the film he is very interesting and really wants to help stand up against discrimination against sexual orientation ..they are currently doing screenings around pennsylvania and plan to have one in every county of pa because that is where he from and they are mostly doing it in colleges and stuff but its a great way to bring about discussion and awareness in areas that may not be as open i believe as well so i encourage people to see it and bring it to their areas as well http://wpsu.org/outinthesilence p.s. i dont mean to sound all movie criticy or anything i was just so pumped about it that i just wanted to share so i realize people dont really care maybe but just thought it was good so ..ya..
